CDG Builders, Inc. was founded by two building professionals, which combined, have 30 years of construction experience. Each founder share’s in the experience of satisfying challenging clients whose professions, institutions and companies demand excellence. The rewards of succeeding in this exacting environment fuels their passion for quality and the highest levels of service. Inspired by similar core values they have taken their individual high standards to a new level with the formation of CDG.

  Greg Horvath

  President

  Greg's construction engineering experience began with Fluor, a worldwide power-industry construction leader. In the past decade, he has focused on healthcare, office and retail construction and is an advocate of the idea excellence is a pursuit never fully realized. A graduate of North Carolina State, Greg has a degree in construction engineering. He has a solid background in the project management of medical office, commercial and assisted living construction projects.

  Vice President

  Construction was the family business and a logical career path when Chris started building retail stores in the early 90's. He later managed special project groups for two major national builders where his focus turned to healthcare and science & technology. Today Chris is a LEED accredited professional with an impressive operations record in hospital, laboratory, radiology, skilled nursing and educational facilities.
